In Andenes, the world’s top destination for whale watching, you’ll board a fast RIB boat for an expedition across Arctic waters. Sitting low on the water, you’ll feel the power of the ocean up close.

Alongside the impressive sperm whales, which live here year-round, you may also encounter orcas, pilot whales, humpback whales or fin whales. The activity lasts approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

Participation requirements:

• Clothing: warm, windproof clothing and sturdy shoes. You’ll be provided with a flotation and thermal suit, gloves and goggles on site.
• Check-in: 45 minutes before departure for the mandatory safety briefing.
• Language: basic English to understand the guide’s instructions.

Wil je graag met de daktent reizen en wil je net dat meer comfort tijdens je reis? Deze luifel is in ongeveer 5 minuten op te zetten en schuif je gemakkelijk in je daktent. Handig om wat schaduw te hebben als de zon schijnt, maar in de Lofoten is het ook fijn tijdens een kleine regenbui. Perfect om buiten te koken, te eten of gewoon wat langer van de avond te genieten.
